Ride-hailing in Bangkok

Grab is the app the airport names, with a designated 24-hour pick-up point at Level 1, Gate 4, and no published fare, so the in-app quote is the only number you get.

Grab is the ride-hailing service the airport operator lists by name. Its designated pick-up and drop-off point is in the arrivals area of the Passenger Terminal, Level 1, Gate 4, outer curb.

You can request a ride from anywhere inside the airport, but the airport requires passengers to use the designated pick-up and drop-off point. Do not arrange to meet a driver elsewhere on the kerb.

The pick-up point operates 24 hours. That makes it the practical alternative to the taxi rank once the rail link has stopped for the night.

Neither airport page publishes a Grab fare, minimum fare or airport uplift. The in-app quote is the only figure available, so do not assume it undercuts the metered rank plus its 50 baht surcharge.
