We cover the work as it is actually done: what pilots and cabin crew earn, how to convert a licence or pass a selection, which carriers are hiring and what their contracts really contain, and the roles employers are posting right now. Our editorial is deepest in the Gulf and MENA today and expanding across every major aviation region.
We write for professionals, not recruiters. That means specifics over slogans: real pay ranges with their sources, the parts of a package that never show on a payslip, and an honest account of what is firm and what is an estimate. Where the field publishes nothing officially, we say so.
Independence
Paid to post, independent to read.
Employers pay a one-time fee for each role they post. Every approved role gets the same visibility regardless of what the employer paid: listings are ordered by date, there is no promoted tier, and there is no way to buy editorial coverage. What we write about a carrier does not depend on whether it is a customer, and our editorial is free to read and cite with attribution.
What a role costs is on the pricing page, and it is the same figure the posting form charges, read from the same record.
