The public taxi information counter and the automatic ticket vending machines are on Level 1 of the passenger terminal, between Gate 4 and Gate 7, inner curb. The rank operates 24 hours.

Fares are metered at rates set by the Department of Land Transport. The airport publishes a starting fare of 35 or 40 baht, with the meter running from there.

A 50 baht airport surcharge is added on top, and the airport states that toll fees are paid by the passenger. Budget above the meter reading.

The Airport Rail Link station is on Level B1 of the main terminal, operating 05:30 to 24:00. Outside those hours there is no train.
