Changi's free WiFi network is #WiFi@Changi, available in all terminals in both public and transit areas (departure halls, arrival halls, gates, lounges). No registration, account, email, or phone number needed: pick the network, open a browser, tap the WiFi logo on the login page.

Tourist SIM cards from all three operators (Singtel, StarHub, M1) are sold across all four terminals at Changi Recommends, Cheers, 7-Eleven (departure transit) and money-changer counters, in both arrival and departure halls.

SIM registration is mandatory in Singapore: you must show your passport or another ID to buy one. Cash payment must be in Singapore dollars; international cards accepted.

Tourist SIM validity runs roughly 10 to 120 days depending on the plan, so short-layover options exist; the SIM activates on insertion after registration.
